Love and War are the great disruptors of our lives, our time-lines. Each work at the Towner Open is an engagement with the themes of "Love, War and Creation". "Sky filled with stars" could be strange, nano-moment when one falls in love, or the close explosion of a bomb, sparkle and dust. "Desire" is Chora that moment when desire arises with as yet no goal to achieve; The innocence of just "being".
